1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JepangQQ. This website and online gaming platform is operated by JepangQQ (hereinafter referred to as "jepangqq", "we", or "the platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the jepangqq platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jepangqq as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use jepangqq's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use jepangqq's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of account registration.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not acting under coercion from any party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or subject to a ban imposed by any gambling regulatory authority.
• Your use of the jepangqq platform is lawful under the laws of the country or region in which you reside.
• You may only register one account — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in any financial transactions on this platform.

The jepangqq KYC verification process requires a valid copy of your identification card or passport, proof of current address, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used. This is standard practice for all licensed and responsible online gaming platforms.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on jepangqq. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. False or misleading information constitutes grounds for account closure without notice. • Please report immediately to the jepangqq support team if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jepangqq supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital wallets listed on the Withdrawals page. All transactions are processed using fully encrypted and secure payment infrastructure.

The minimum deposit limit is RM 20 per transaction, while the minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals depend on your account level and chosen payment method. Please refer to the Withdrawal for the latest information on transaction limits.

• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours business hours after KYC verification is complete.
• Jepangqq does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• All funds held in a jepangqq account belong to the user and are kept separate from the company's operational assets.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Jepangqq offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined on its respective promotions page.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before you are eligible to make a withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated on each jepangqq promotional offer.

• Each member is eligible to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Jepangqq reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means that violate platform rules.
• Bonus abuse, including bonus arbitrage and the use of multiple accounts to claim promotions, is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Promotions are limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, or phone number.
• Jepangqq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the jepangqq platform — including slots, casino, Live Casino, sports betting, bingo, and other games — have specific rules displayed within each game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

The outcome of all games at jepangqq is determined by an independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. This ensures that every game result is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including jepangqq itself.

• Jepangqq is not liable for any losses caused by technical disruptions occurring during active gameplay.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, jepangqq reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following uses of the jepangqq platform are strictly prohibited and constitute serious violations that may result in legal action:

• Money Laundering — using the jepangqq platform to conceal or convert funds from illegal sources.
• Identity Fraud — registering or using an account with another person's personal information without their consent.
• Use of Illegal Software — using bots, automated scripts, or software that provide an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bonus Abuse — opening multiple accounts solely to claim promotions repeatedly.
• Cybercrime activities — any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the jepangqq technical infrastructure.
• Wagering on behalf of minors — depositing funds and playing on behalf of minors.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Jepangqq reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the jepangqq support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of identity verification.

• Temporary suspension may be applied while an investigation is in progress.
• Members whose accounts have been closed due to violations are not eligible to re-register at jepangqq.
• Any account closure decision may be appealed through official jepangqq support channels within 30 days of the closure notice date.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, jepangqq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Loss of account access due to the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Device or software damage caused by use of the jepangqq platform.
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as payment processors or banks.

Jepangqq will always strive to ensure the platform operates at the highest level of reliability; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability, particularly in situations beyond our control such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.

11 Amendment of Terms

Jepangqq reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at jepangqq's sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the jepangqq platform after the effective date of any amendments to these terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. You are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms governing your use of the jepangqq platform.

12 Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing authority that issued jepangqq's operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms that cannot be resolved amicably through official jepangqq support channels will be referred to the arbitration body designated by the relevant licensing authority.

All official communications relating to disputes, claims, or legal feedback must be submitted in writing via the official jepangqq email. Decisions made by the appointed arbitration body are final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed only to the extent of its invalidity, while the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
